Cancellations, returns and exchanges
As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges of products for reasons of customer convenience.
In the unlikely event that you find a defect, we will immediately exchange the product for a new one of the same item.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
・If more than 8 days have passed since the product arrived
・Used, washed, or dry-cleaned products
・Items without accessories, product tags, or bags
・Products that have acquired odors, scratches, or stains while in the customer's possession
- Products with damaged packaging (bags/boxes, etc.)
Depending on the device you are using, the color and texture on the screen may differ from the actual product. We do not consider the color of the image to be a defect on our part. If you would like to know more about the size, color, shape, texture, etc., please contact us before purchasing.
